Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Formulate and execute sales strategies in harmony with the company's overarching goals.
  • Discover fresh market prospects and BGV service niches to foster business growth.
  • Offer visionary leadership to the sales team, inspiring and directing them to surpass individual and collective targets.

 

Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and oversee a top-tier sales team.
  • Establish transparent performance standards, track advancements, and offer valuable feedback.
  • Cultivate a cooperative, positive team environment, encouraging responsibility and ongoing enhancement.

 

Sales Execution:

  • Direct pivotal client engagements, negotiations, and critical deals personally.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead inception to contract finalization.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure synergy between sales strategies, product offerings, and client requirements.

 

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate robust, client-centric relationships, comprehending their needs and challenges.
  • Serve as a trusted consultant, delivering tailored solutions for precise background verification needs.
  • Maintain ongoing client communication to collect feedback and pinpoint enhancement prospects.

 

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Supervise sales performance relative to targets and KPIs, proactively rectifying deviations.
  • Compile and deliver routine sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Scrutinize market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer input to enhance sales strategies.

 

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with internal teams, including product, operations, and customer support, to ensure flawless service delivery and customer contentment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Demonstrated track record of success in senior sales leadership, preferably in BGV or the Staffing industry.
  • Extensive experience in crafting and executing strategic sales plans, consistently surpassing revenue targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in leading and motivating diverse sales teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Profound knowledge of the background verification industry and its intricacies.
  • Adept in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical aptitude, and problem-solving prowess.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
