  • Directly responsible for achievement of budgeted sales targets.
  • Lead, coach and develop highly skilled and motivated Sales Team
  • Formulation of strategies to achieve business plans with financial prudence
  • Build and maintain data base of customers in the region
  • Reporting & Monitoring of new sales
  • Reviewing pipelines and prospective closure of the week
  • Mapping the market/region
