    Qualifications/Skills Required:

    • Well versed on virtual servers’ environment
    • Strong knowledge in active directory, group policy management, GPO, AD replication, AD troubleshooting, DFS configuration, DNS, DHCP, WDS server and troubleshooting
    • Experience in Windows server patching and compliance using tools like WSUS & SCCM is essential
    • Experience in supporting in hardware issues on Dell/HP/IBM servers is essential
    • Must be well orientated with network, security and storage technologies
    • Experience in deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals
    • Experience in monitoring tools (e.g. Nagios)
    • Good knowledge of security software e.g. antivirus solution (Antivirus: Escan, McAfee)
    • Experience in managing service request, change requests & incidents in ITSM tools like ManageEngine, ServiceNow etc.
    • Experience with MSSQL to perform activity e.g. DB backup and restoration
    • Experience in BCP / DR activities
    • Experience in Cloud technologies (AWS primarily, Azure). Certification is preferred
    • Certification in MCSA (410,411,412) is essential
