Richa Arora built Securitas India's Background Verification business from the ground up and leads it today as one of India's foremost technology-enabled verification providers, serving clients across India and international markets.
She joined Securitas India (Walsons Services) in 2005 and has shaped BGV from inception to scale. What began as a new line of business under her stewardship has evolved into a technology-led platform, built on rigorous processes, customer-centric solutions and operational discipline. Under her leadership, the business earned Platinum Standard recognition under the NASSCOM National Skills Registry — an affirmation of its standards in quality, data security and industry best practice.
Alongside BGV, Richa leads Marketing & Communications for Securitas India. Earlier in her Securitas tenure she led a branding and marketing initiative for Securitas in the AMEA region, and before that established and strengthened the company's Human Resources function — giving her a rare view of the business from commercial, operational and people perspectives alike.
