Area Access Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Job Description:
- Manage access control requests across India in coordination with site security managers.
- Grant access rights to employees through the designated portal.
- Review and approve access requests for employees and travelers visiting other offices.
- Manage access credentials, including cardholder permissions and expiration dates.
- Revoke access for cardholders as needed.
- Perform bulk access assignments and modifications.
- Submit access requests on behalf of employees when required.
- Generate and maintain access reports.
- Respond to employee queries and emails related to access.
- Escalate complex access issues to relevant stakeholders with support from the site team.
- Ensure access approval processes are compliant with audit standards.
- Support the security team with tool-based operations such as visitor and material management systems.
- Manage exceptions and troubleshoot system issues.
- Act as the Security Team’s Single Point of Contact (SPOC) with Microsoft Global IT during downtime or technical glitches.
- Conduct internal IT audits.
- Generate reports using Power BI and Excel.
Desired Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, SOC operations, or access badging.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and tech-savvy; working knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint, and dashboards is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of AI applications and integrations is preferred.
