Assistant Manager/Sr. Executive- Personnel
- Maintain harmonious industrial relations and compliance under all the Statutory Labour Laws applicable to the business.
- Monitoring of receipt of duty rosters, fixation of minimum wages and accuracy in salary.
- Thorough knowledge of all labor laws according to state & central government's rule.
- Able to comply with the rulings with documentation & presentation.
- Returns of PF, ESI, bonus and renewal of license etc.
- Insurance - EDLI workman compensations and mediclaim of billed staff.
- Assist in audits and handling client escalations.
- Workforce grievance management.
- Assist in dealing with cases in Labour Office / Court.
- Keep the documentation and data updated in view of audit of Labour/ESI/PF etc.
Salary Rate Fixation:
- Proactively research about rate revisions and thus respective arrear calculations.
