Front Office Executive
Location: Noida
Responsibilities:
- Manage reception area operations and ensure smooth functioning of all front-desk activities.
 - Handle internal communication including emails and employee inquiries.
 - Manage front-desk equipment and issue temporary access badges to employees.
 - Greet and assist visitors and vendors in accordance with company policy.
 - Coordinate communication across various levels—employees, personnel, and clients.
 - Respond swiftly and effectively to office emergencies.
 - Maintain updated reception records and prepare regular reports.
 - Support stakeholders during office events and programs.
 - Provide basic medical support including First Aid and CPR when needed.
 - Carry out any additional duties as assigned.
 
Requirements:
- Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality or a related field.
 - Minimum 4 years of experience in a corporate setup, including 2 years in a reception/front desk role.
 - Professional demeanour and polished appearance.
 - Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
 - Logical thinker with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
 - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
 - Knowledge of First Aid and CPR is mandatory.
 - Medical fitness is essential.
