    Front Office Executive

    Location: Noida

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage reception area operations and ensure smooth functioning of all front-desk activities.
    • Handle internal communication including emails and employee inquiries.
    • Manage front-desk equipment and issue temporary access badges to employees.
    • Greet and assist visitors and vendors in accordance with company policy.
    • Coordinate communication across various levels—employees, personnel, and clients.
    • Respond swiftly and effectively to office emergencies.
    • Maintain updated reception records and prepare regular reports.
    • Support stakeholders during office events and programs.
    • Provide basic medical support including First Aid and CPR when needed.
    • Carry out any additional duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality or a related field.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in a corporate setup, including 2 years in a reception/front desk role.
    • Professional demeanour and polished appearance.
    • Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Logical thinker with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Knowledge of First Aid and CPR is mandatory.
    • Medical fitness is essential.
