Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT General Manager to lead our IT department. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the organization's technology infrastructure, managing IT operations, implementing new systems, and ensuring cybersecurity and compliance. This role requires a mix of leadership, technical expertise

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the day-to-day operations of IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security.
• Lead and mentor the IT team, including system administrators, support specialists, and network engineers.
• Plan, organize, and execute IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, software rollouts, and integrations.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and best practices.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement of hardware/software.
• Ensure data protection, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies are in place and tested.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and assess their relevance to the organization.
• Manage internal and external audits.
