Information Desk Associate

Position: Information Desk Associate for Automobile Client

Location: Gurugram

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overhaul functions of front desk.
  • Call handling including board line management.
  • Visitor management which includes internal global expats travelling from APAC countries & handling customers.
  • Managing travel i.e. pick up & drop to hotel & office for global expats & redirecting to particular department for the business needs.
  • Ensure reception area is always maintained up to the Hyundai standard.
  • Coordinate with various team admin for business and personal visitors of senior management staff.

Skills Required

  • Good working knowledge of corporate environment with pleasing personality.
  • Good working knowledge of computer, networking and MS Office.
  • Good command over written and oral communication in English.
  • Call handling and efficient probing skills.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Strong motivation skills.
  • Logical approach to work and ability to deliver under pressure.
  • Honesty and integrity.
  • Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team.
  • Ability to liaise with vendors and suppliers.
